I figured it was golfers elbow and stopped all gymnastics, stopped pull ups and press movements with strain on wrist. I tried once more like a week after and the same thing happened. One day, about 14 months ago, during a workout with this I suddenly felt a pain in the medial aspect of my right elbow. About 20 months ago after some years of not doing gymnastics I started working on the back lever again, with progressions of course. Hi there!
